“I have limited availability for new clients! Please email me if you’re interested in working together!”

I am so glad you're here. Life can be hard sometimes, but you don't have to go through it alone. I am committed to supporting my clients on their unique therapy journeys by providing a compassionate and empowering space for them to navigate life challenges, discover insights, and practice skill-building exercises. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults from all backgrounds who are navigating the impact of anxiety, mood-related disorders, stress, life transitions, and the impacts of trauma.

I have always been interested in the different developmental stages and changes that occur across the human lifespan. I earned my bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. While completing my undergraduate degree, I also pursued my 200-hour yoga teacher training, during which my awareness of the importance of the mind-body connection led me to train as a somatic-based counselor. I have also received further training in trauma-informed yoga and Level II Reiki.

I utilize somatic/ body psychotherapy, trauma-informed talk therapy, expressive arts, child-centered play therapy, and elements of mindfulness to support my clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth. Together, we will explore inner resources to promote self-regulation, expression, and empowerment.
